  • If you cancel your agreement with ROAS before we begin work on your campaign, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.

3. Cancellation During Service Period

  • If you cancel your agreement with ROAS after we have begun work on your campaign, a prorated refund may be issued based on the services not yet rendered.
  • The specific amount of the refund will be determined by considering the percentage of work completed and the value of services already delivered.

4. Non-Refundable Services

  • Certain services, such as setup fees and initial campaign strategy development, may be non-refundable even if you cancel before the campaign launch.

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
