CMO.ltd was brought in to address these challenges with a clear mandate: increase monthly revenue, establish a full-funnel marketing structure, optimize ad performance, and build a foundation for scalable growth. The goal was to build data-driven systems and creative assets that could unlock sustained performance across digital channels.
The first step involved redesigning Urban Silayi’s online funnel. We built two distinct landing pages to cater to different service needs within the target audience. These landing pages were optimized for lead quality using tailored forms that filtered users based on service preferences and purchase intent. A/B testing was deployed to refine copy, layout, and form engagement, ensuring higher conversion rates from ad traffic.
We implemented a robust tracking ecosystem using Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and custom conversion tracking. UTM parameters were structured into all campaigns, enabling us to capture the full customer journey across platforms. This overhaul gave the team precise visibility into lead sources, user behavior, and real-time performance metrics, which became instrumental in budget allocation and retargeting strategies.
We launched integrated campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads. On Meta, we used a blend of static images, video ads, Reels, and Stories tailored to urban women in Hyderabad. Custom and lookalike audiences were built to nurture cold, warm, and re-engagement segments.
The breakthrough came through Google Ads, where we focused on high-intent search terms. By leveraging smart bidding and localized ad copy, we generated over ₹1 lakh in revenue with under ₹5,000 in ad spend. This channel proved essential for high-ROAS acquisition and complemented the storytelling and brand-building efforts running on Meta.
We overhauled Urban Silayi’s creative direction to reflect regional relevance and high service quality. New ad creatives featured real women from Hyderabad and highlighted key differentiators—72-hour delivery, doorstep convenience, and premium finish. Multivariate testing helped identify the most effective formats and headlines, allowing us to concentrate budgets on top-performing creative assets and reduce fatigue.
In just 30 days, the integrated strategy delivered remarkable results. With a modest ad spend of ₹25,000, Urban Silayi generated over ₹2,00,000 in revenue—translating to a 9X ROAS. Conversion rates doubled, CAC was reduced by nearly 50%, and tracking accuracy enabled surgical decision-making across platforms. Google Ads alone accounted for six-figure revenue on less than ₹5,000 in spend, validating the power of intent-based acquisition.
The five-month engagement followed a structured growth roadmap. In the first two months, we focused on stabilizing tracking and resolving Meta campaign fatigue. In month three, Google Ads was introduced and quickly outperformed Meta in efficiency. By months four and five, Meta was optimized through better creatives and audiences, while the data infrastructure allowed for confident scaling without compromising profitability.
Three core elements powered the campaign’s success. First, high-performance Google Ads targeting search-intent users unlocked revenue at unmatched efficiency. Second, repositioning Urban Silayi’s service as a premium, high-ticket offering allowed for better margin leverage. Third, accurate tracking and data hygiene empowered real-time decision-making and reduced wasted spend.
Beyond the impressive short-term numbers, the project delivered lasting value.
